At The Door Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new door or hardware doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crating or boxes to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For oversized items like exterior doors, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the shipment directly from your property.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
